Description:

This award is intended to recognize one exemplary collaboration between a campus and (a) community partner(s) . This is an established partnership that works in mutually beneficial ways to produce measurable improvements in people’s lives and enhance learning in the process. Campus/ Community partnerships have the capacity to demonstrate creative, deep, and sustaining approaches to community problem-solving. This award is intended to highlight a model partnership characterized by rich and meaningful relationships that has enriched the outcomes for both campus and community in a number of ways and over a number of months or years.

Candidates are taken from the "Engaged Community Partner" nominees.
